Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate of star-rated hotels in Samarinda Municipality in April 2025 was recorded at 53.45 percent, representing a 15.94 percentage point decrease from March 2025. Compared to April 2024, the Room Occupancy Rate in April 2025 declined by 9.90 percentage points.
The average length of stay for guests at star-rated hotels in April 2025 was 1.43 days. Specifically, the average length of stay for foreign guests was 2.21 days, while that for domestic guests was 1.42 days.
