Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate of star-rated hotels in Samarinda Municipality for February 2025 was recorded at 55.79 percent, reflecting a decrease of 0.81 percentage points compared to January 2025. Compared to the same period in February 2024, the Room Occupancy Rate declined by 11.49 percentage points.
The average stay for guests at star-rated hotels in February 2025 was 1.55 days. A more detailed breakdown shows that foreign guests stayed an average of 2.23 days, while domestic guests had an average stay of 1.54 days.
