The number of domestic air transport passengers in February 2025 fell by 8.09 percent and the number of sea transport passengers in February 2025 fell by 30.11 percent compared to January 2025

Abstract

In February 2025, the number of domestic air passengers departing was recorded at 28,569 persons, representing a decrease of 8.09 percent compared to January 2025. Meanwhile, the number of arriving air passengers reached 28,145 persons, which was down by 11.50 percent from the previous month.
For domestic sea transportation, the number of departing passengers in February 2025 totaled 9,196 persons, indicating an increase of 1.88 percent. In contrast, the number of arriving sea passengers was 9,558 persons, reflecting a significant decrease of 30.11 percent compared to January 2025.
