Abstract

Kalimantan Timur pada bulan September mengalami inflasi sebesar 1,87 persen, atau terjadi Kenaikan Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) dari 155,09 pada bulan Agustus 2007 menjadi 157,99 pada bulan September 2007. Dengan angka inflasi tersebut, maka laju inflasi tahun kalender 2007 (Januari-September 2007) Kalimantan Timur mencapai 6,55 persen dan laju inflasi ‘year on year’ (September 2007 terhadap September 2006) mencapai 7,42 persen.
Kota Samarinda mengalami inflasi sebesar 2,01 persen dan Kota Balikpapan mengalami inflasi sebesar 1,70 persen. Dengan demikian untuk kedua kota ini laju inflasi tahun kalender 2007 (Januari-September) masing-masing telah mencapai 7,20 dan 5,79 persen. Sedangkan laju inflasi year on year (September 2006-September 2007) masing-masing mencapai 7,86 dan 6,91 persen.
